As Engineering Director, Mark has over 30 years of experience in helping customers increase the reliability, safety and performance of their equipment through engineered solutions. He thrives on solving problems and taking a hands-on approach to engineering challenges, working across all products and markets from rotary to reciprocations seals. With the recent addition of the test rigs to the FTL Centre of Excellence, he is also involved with extensive product development, testing and validation projects. In line with our extended capabilities and ever-increasing requirements from our customers his team is growing which provides both additional resource and Mark with the opportunity to develop new talent within the business. Mark is also known for ongoing tinkering at home, with many major DIY projects under his belt.
